Is your device compatible with eSIM?

To check if your device is compatible with eSIM, access the phone's numeric keypad as if you were making a call and dial the code: *#06#. When dialing, see if an information called EID appears. If it has this number, it means that it is compatible with eSIM.


Devices that have the CLARO carrier eSIM installed do not allow the use of another eSIM simultaneously, that is, the customer will need to delete their personal eSIM (Claro) to be able to use the SC CONECTA eSIM.
