To guarantee this cost x benefit, SC Conecta works under the Final Sale regime, that is, it is not possible to return the amounts paid in SC Conecta's sales channels for any product or service purchased. This is because SC Conecta pre-pays for all services to its business partners.
However, there are exceptions for cancellation and refunding in cases where the customer is traveling, using the physical Chip or E-SIM specific to the order, in the manner contracted, within the terms and conditions of this site, and they are not working, being validated by the Operator, after the customer contacts them to report the technical problem. In order for the cancellation and refunding to be approved, the customer must follow the terms and conditions expressed below:
1 - SC Conecta will deactivate the SIMCARD(s) and refund a partial amount when the chip does not perform its functionality ONLY WHEN the customer contacts our Support and the SIMCARD or E-SIM telephone operator does not solve the problem during the first day of the activation period.
2 - SC Conecta will deactivate the SIMCARD(s) and refund a partial amount when the chip does not perform its functionality ONLY WHEN the customer contacts our Support and the SIMCARD or E-SIM telephone operator does not solve the problem between the second day and the last day of the activation period.
The customer must email suporte@scconecta.com.br requesting the cancellation of the current plan, after the operator validates that the service is not working as it should. The normal deadline for analyzing refunds is 30 days, from the date of confirmation of receipt of the request via email. If the request is approved, the deadline for reimbursement is 15 business days. This deadline may change in various situations.
NOTE:
In cases where the customer requests a Physical Chip and needs to exchange it for an E-SIM because it doesn't work on their device, they will need to purchase another plan, once the line is already active on the physical CHIP. If the line is not yet linked, and the service is not yet active, the exchange can be made for a cost of R$ 50.00.
In cases where the customer purchases an E-SIM and then realizes that his device does not accept it, we can make the exchange, as long as the customer has enough time to receive the Physical Chip by mail or pick it up at one of the SC Conecta partners. The exchange can happen for a cost of R$ 50.00.
When there is not enough time for this, no refund will be given, as we work with a prepaid system with our business partners.
